Business and Organisational Development team has an exciting opportunity for an HR Trainee to join the team. In this role, you will support the evolving business needs of the organisation, supporting PKAVS strategic development, change management, organisational development, and operational functions in relation to its workforce. The post-holder will be supported to commence an appropriate CIPD learning programme after 12 months of being appointed, with attainment of the qualification within 24 months.
The role requires a conscientious and highly motivated individual who has good communication skills and is able to develop relationships at all levels within the organisation. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good understanding of the importance of confidentiality in relation to HR matters.
